All the activities in their own way were excellent - challenging, enjoyable and well briefed by the excellent guides Borna and Vana. We enjoyed them all because they were in different locations and had their own individual challenges. The contrast for me was about right considering the range of ages of the children in the group. Awesome holiday, absolutely fantastic! I think the canyoning was the best day - it was tough and challenging - a really demanding day. Fantastic! It was just great; I honestly, honestly don't think it could be improved. 8 fabulous kids, 8 fun-loving adults and 2 awesome guides make for a fantastic holiday!

Booking with Activities Abroad meant that everything was taken care of and we made the most of every minute of the holiday. We enjoyed every activity and the Azores were truly beautiful. Read more the canyoning, the hot pool in the sea. We saw lots of dolphins including a tiny baby - the baby was less than an arms distance away from me at one point - wonderful! The canyoning brought everyone together as a group and most of us braved all the jumps - so glad we did this activity. The activity reps were fantastic on the boats with the smaller kids.

We had a truly wonderful holiday at Oetz. Great location and loads to do for us and the children. Canyoning was not something I've done before, slightly outside my comfort zone, but in truly stunning scenery.

Our Rep Emma was outstanding. She thoroughly engaged everyone and had great enthusiasm for all activities even when my children had doubt about certain activities; she adopted the leading role to pull them through. Excellent. Read more moment with each new activity surrounded by experienced and lovely guides is a sight to behold forever. We were blessed with a truly amazing group of game families. Read more was fantastic (if a little crazy!) and made sure we all had the best time. Despite having some reservations about the canyoning, the guides made us feel at ease and we all got a lot out of it. Open kayaking was quite hairy in the rapids but an unforgettable experience and we felt safe at all times knowing the expert guides were close at hand to help us out (and fish us out!) if we got into trouble. Mountain biking was great - most of the uphill hard work done by the minibus so we were left to enjoy the downhill and the awesome views of the mountains. Again, we had a great guide who let us go at our own pace with frequent stops to take a break and enjoy the scenery. Remind future visitors that it can get cold in the mountains and to pack accordingly. It was 6 degrees at the start of our bike ride and a warmer jacket and/or gloves might have been useful!

Your man on the ground in Borneo, Luke, was simply outstanding. Everything ran smoothly at all times, exactly what we were looking for. A truly wonderful holiday which I would recommend to anyone. It was a particular pleasure to engage in the activities with a couple of other like-minded families.

My favourite activity was sea kayaking as the sun set, it was so relaxing, beautiful and something I'd never done before. Francis enjoyed the mountain biking and swimming in the lakes and Ella, the snorkelling and boat trip; water is her thing and she got to sunbathe on deck. Body rafting was the most exhilarating.
