And Northern lights workshop was extremely helpful, without it we would not be able to recognize them and would have missed them.

I was worried that in booking this trip we would be hauled around with a huge group of people. Instead, we really felt like we were "alone" on a custom trip and not part of a herd. The team over in Ruka were fantastic. Nothing was too Much trouble. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The guides on the snowmobiling activity really took care of our girls during the ride and when we got to the camp fire. Read more failing due to freezing cold hands and getting them sat right next the fire. They were so helpful we really appreciated their help. There was such a wide variety that we experienced that each one of us had our own favourite. My husband loved the snowmobiling to the northern lights. My oldest daughter loved the husky ride and my youngest daughter loved the cross country skiing. I think being in charge of the huskies and driving them for an hour was probably my favourite! The ladies that looked after me- Jade and Emma were fantastic. They were able to advise and responded to me promptly. If they didn’t know, they were quick to find out and let me know. Excellent customer service. Everything was seamless, from the moment we got on the plane in Gatwick to when we returned.

Holiday was magical and everything as promised in the brochure was delivered to a very high standard. Hard to pick out one highlight - visit to Santa was magical, the snowmobile safari was a really good length, loved the cross country skiing tracks.

Really brilliant holiday which the whole family loved. Husky sledding - a unique experience and great way to see the countryside and partake in great piece of heritage. The children enjoyed their tour and playing with husky puppies afterward.

It was a great trip.

As a frequent traveller to Walt Disney World, I didn't think any holiday could compare - but this trip far exceeded all our expectations and was our best holiday ever! Our guides (Greta and Jenny) were brilliant and went above and beyond. Greta was always available when we needed her and happy to be on the phone if we needed. We loved the visit to Father Christmas because it was so magical. Read more sledges! We had an amazing holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone with children of a similar age. We loved that it was very uncommercial and thought the log cobins were perfect with a sauna and drying cupboard. We were very lucky that the shuttle taxi took us to and fro for dinner though as otherwise I think the boys and us(!) would have been too tired to walk from the cabin to the hotel each night after a full day of activities. The shuttle was definitely a must! Jenny and Greta were brilliant and really made the holiday even better as they were so relaxed but clearly very on top of everything and we felt in very good hands which is important - especially with young children.
