The local guide (Thomas) was extremely knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to be helpful. Local activity guides were very good at their job and also helped to make the activities as much fun as possible. Rafting was the most fun for all the family as we were all involved together. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we will certainly do something like this again in the future.

Ivano was an amazing holiday guide, and very engaging and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went way beyond just getting us to and from activities. He checked we all had the correct equipment, checked on us during the activities and made sure we were all happy as we went along, took loads of photos and sent them to our mobiles. Read more tourist routes, talked us through the food on display (including getting things for us to try and warning us of things that weren't as good as they could be), and took us along routes to see quiet villages, spectacular views, riverside places to paddle etc. He also seems to know everybody in Giardini Naxos and to have been everywhere.

The activity team were the nicest guys you can wish to meet. Their pride and knowledge of the local area were excellent and inspiring. Their encouragement during the activities was also what made the holiday. Everything was enjoyable.

We had an excellent time on this holiday. Our guide Peter, allowed all of us to have fun by tailoring the activities to our families needs. Peter's passion and knowledge of his country and its history and geology were exceptional!
